These Terms of Service apply to your use of dowdheatandair.com and to text messages you choose to receive from us. The website and services are provided by DOWD HEAT & AIR, INC., doing business as Dowd Heat and Air, 7666 E 46th Pl, Tulsa, OK 74145. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

You may use this website to learn about our heating and air conditioning services and to request service. Please give accurate contact information when you submit a request, and do not misuse the website, its forms or its content. Website content is for general information and is not a substitute for an in-home inspection by a licensed technician.

Any price, offer or estimate shown on the website or given before an in-home visit is not binding until we confirm it with you in writing after seeing your system. Same-day service is often available but not guaranteed. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 7pm and Saturday 8am to 5pm; we are closed Sunday.

Program: Dowd Heat and Air text messages, sent by DOWD HEAT & AIR, INC.. You can choose to receive two kinds of texts by checking the optional boxes on our website forms. Checking a box is not required to request service or make a purchase.

• Service messages (first box): replies to your service request, scheduling, appointment reminders and follow-up about your request. If you call one of our business numbers and we miss your call, we may send one text reply about that call.
• Marketing messages (second box, only if you check it): occasional texts such as seasonal tune-up reminders and special offers.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

To stop: reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation text and no further messages unless you opt in again. For help: reply HELP, call (918) 437-3721 or email [email protected].

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to text messages. You agree to tell us if you change or give up the mobile number you opted in with.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Dowd Heat and Air is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Our responsibilities for work we perform are set out in the written estimate, invoice and warranty for that work.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
